Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas 4. Place the oats, nuts and seeds in a large mixing bowl. Pace the Sculptress powder, apple juice and banana in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Stir into the dry ingredients to thoroughly coat. Use your hands to create chunks of the oat mixture. Spread the mixture onto a large baking tray and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden. Stir in the dried fruit and leave to cool before serving.
