
Beyonce has embarked on a new exercise for weight loss regime since giving birth to her first child, it has been suggested.
Speaking to the Star magazine, a source said the Crazy in Love and Halo singer is determined to get fit after welcoming Blue Ivy Carter at the beginning of last month.
The insider claimed the songstress gets up at 5am every day to exercise with her personal trainer Marco Borges, before repeating the training again in the evening.
Beyonce's regime includes a mix of Pilates, yoga, dancing and cardio.
The source also claimed the star, who is married to Jay-Z, follows a healthy diet that includes meals of egg-white omelettes, pineapple chunks and protein shakes.
She is not the only star following a keep-fit programme at the moment, as the Press Association recently reported that Kate Beckinsale eats lean protein meals every three hours and likes to practice yoga.
