- Is FREE and will be delivered in 3-4 working days.
- Next (working) Day Delivery
- Costs £4.99. If you order by 2pm Mon-Fri, we will send your parcel by Royal Mail and DPD for next working day delivery. A signature is required. Some parts of the U.K (e.g. Shetland Islands) do not offer next (working) day delivery, so please allow 3-4 working days instead.
- BFPO
- Please allow 6 to 8 working days before delivery.
- Channel Islands and the Rest of the World
- The Postage & Packaging costs are worked out according to the weight and destination.

Notes
- If you are not available to take delivery of your order, a card will be left notifying you of who to contact or where to collect your parcel from. In the event you don't respond to the card within 7 days, your order will be automatically returned to Maxitone.
- Please always check with Maxitone or your local depot if you are expecting an order which is late, as the delivery company may have your order at the depot. Your order will be sent, once the relevant surcharge and an additional delivery charge has been paid.
- In the event of a refusal, change of mind, ordered in error or doctors recommendation not to take, a surcharge (see below) will be deducted from your refund unless you have contacted Maxitone to cancel your order within the seven working day cooling off period. Please read Your statutory rights below
- You can cancel or amend any order placed with Maxitone, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. Please note we operate a fast dispatch system and items are usually sent out on the same day as the order is placed. To cancel your order please contact
our Customer Services Team on 01442 448 330 (option 1).
- If your order has been dispatched you will have to wait until your order is delivered before you can cancel the order.
Surcharges.
These are in place to cover the costs of re-stocking, handling and administration.
- Orders over £100 (excl. P&P) will incur a £15 surcharge (plus where applicable, the P&P cost to re-send the goods).
- Orders under £100 (excl. P&P) will incur a 15% surcharge or a minimum charge of £5, whichever is the greater (plus where applicable, the P&P cost to re-send the goods).
- No surcharges will be made against your refund if your order is cancelled within the 7 working day cooling off period.
Forms of payment
- Orders paid by cheque will take longer as we need to allow for the cheques to clear. Please expect your orders to be delivered within 10 working days.
- All cash/postal orders must be sent by 'Special Delivery'.
- Cash on delivery: Maxitone does not operate this system. All monies are to be paid prior to delivery.
Your statutory rights, cooling-off period
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all products. To cancel your purchase within the seven working day cooling off period, please contact our Customer Services Team on +44 (0) 1442 244 330 (option 1). Please package the relevant item(s) securely, for your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
Please note you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us unless we delivered item to you in error or if the item is damaged or faulty.
