  I take this twice a day- once with breakfast before the gym,and once after exercise as a snack for recovery. The taste of the chocolate flavour is great, the strawberry flavour is a little sweet and slightly artificial, but still not unpleasant. I sometimes mix the two together for variation, and that tastes good too. In the past i was able to order vanilla and banana flavours and they were also really good tasting - but i haven't seen them for a while.The consistency is very thin, like water not like a milkshake, and i don't think it fills you up for long because of that, but that's my only negative comment.Since using the shakes, i have definatly noticed an improvement in muscle tone, even though i have not altered the amount or type of exercise i do each week.

  I've used this product for a good few months now. I wasn't sure about protein shakes at first but thought I'd give these a go and I have not regretted it! It is so easy to put a scoop in the shaker and stick it in my gym bag in the morning. Then I just add cold water to the shaker after my workout and I have a tasty and nutritious snack! And for just 120cals I don't think it gets any better than the Definity shakes. My favourite flavours are chocolate and vanilla but the strawberry is good too - just make sure that the water you add is ice cold :)[...]

  I have a chocolate shake for a quick lunch on-the-go and it also means that I don't feel hungry in the afternoon (so don't snack!). I add 3 ice cubes to the water and Maxitone powder, then liquidise the mixture which gives a fantastic shake. Great reviver at lunch time.

  Am now on the hardest part of my health plan toning after using sculptress for several months moved on to the protein shake. It mixed well with water, is even nicer with skimmed milk though and goes a bit thicker too. Like the Sculptress range not too sweet and doesn't have a slimly after taste. My recovery time after workouts has been so much faster since I have been using this, which has surprised me. As I can have a hectic work schedule I now keep a measured amount in a small tub and a shaker in the car to keep me going, which helps in keeping the munchies at bay till I can eat something sensibly. Now I wouldn't be without it. I am going to try the bars in my next order

  Really good taste, strawberry is my fav. Have one after my run so it fills me up, I am normally very hungry after my run and end up eating things I shouldn't be eating so this stops me.
