Your top tip? Not to give up! Don't think that the body you want is unachievable. The first few weeks I found were the hardest but the motivation you will need will come from the weight you lose. It's a real incentive to keep going.

Your top tip? Most importantly, do it for yourself and no one else. Whenever I have an off day or am lacking motivation I go onto the website and read a few tips which inspires me to keep working hard to achieve my goals.

Your top tip? Don't give up! You'll encounter hurdles along the way but just focus on making little improvements and before you know it you'll feel and look the best you ever have!

Your top tip? If I was only allowed to give one tip, it would be to forget trying to get to a 'magic' number on the scales, instead aim to be fitter, healthier and to like the person you see in the mirror.

Your top tip? One tip I would give for anyone wanting to follow my achievements would be PERSEVERE!!! - Eat regularly and properly, train regularly, use your products daily and set a goal - whether it be registering for a run, a walk, an event or even fitting into a new dress. It does not happen overnight. You have to be consistent with all three - Diet, exercise and products.

Your top tip? Have a main goal. Be it a certain weight or fitting into a particular size dress for a special occasion. Then set yourself realistic time frames to reach little goals towards your main goal and it will seem more achievable.

Your top tip? Never think you can't get the body you want, you can. Keep at it and mix cardio and weight training. When you have a bad day, it’s ok. Wake up the next day and get back on track. Eat a healthy diet and get the right amount of protein needed your body needs. You will see the changes and that will give you more and more motivation!

Your top tip? Just take the plunge and change your life today. The only person who can do it is you. Losing weight and transforming your body is not just physical, it starts as a mental change. You really have to psych yourself up and just say, 'Yes, today I am going to start the journey of change'.



Your top tip? If I had to offer just one tip, it would be change your attitude - losing weight, as with most life changes has to start in the mind – you've got to want to do it, further more you have to believe in yourself, know you can do it. Your body, your life, make it happen.


Your top tip? You can do it!!! If I can make such a lifestyle change anyone can, set yourself a goal, and when you achieve it you'll be spurred on to keep on pushing further. Do it for charity, a big push for me was every time I wanted to give up was that I was raising money for a good cause.
