While some celebs resort to crash detox plans - many follow healthy diets. Rather than trying the rehab route – take a look at the key tips for getting a healthy celeb body.
Famous celebrities like Jennifer Aniston are living proof of the power of protein rich diets for losing weight and sculpting a firm, feminine body.
From Atkins to the South Beach Diet, what these plans all have in common is a base of protein. It’s something we can copy - even if we opt for a more balanced way of eating.

The benefits of a high protein diet?
Now we have a protein base like a celebrity – what about carbs and fat?
Carbs! Every girl loves them but are they good or bad? I'm sure you're hoping I'll tell you to go ahead and indulge your cravings. However, in truth carbs have a good and bad side.
Good > Small portions of low GI complex carbs are great for energy, mood, fighting cravings and shaping-up.
Bad >High GI carbs and large portions of carbs can lead to mood swings, energy dips and excess fat storage in most women (unless you have skinny 'catwalk genes').
What we really need is a way to get all the benefits without the bad things. The good news – it's actually quite easy:
> Try and stick to low GI carbohydrates (except for the occasional treat)
> Consume a small fist sized portion of carbohydrates per meal/snack
> Get a carb kick after exercise – they’re less likely to be stored as body fat (even higher GI carbs!)
> Sculptress and Definity products have been blended to be Low GI and contain controlled carb levels.
Good fats are essential for a healthy metabolism – so drizzle healthy oils on your salads (olive or avocado oil), get good fats from small servings of avocado and nuts and eat oily fish regularly. A high quality product like Finesse Omega can also help optimise your intake. Good fats are also great for dewy skin and well being.
Celebs love to graze. Try 5-6 small meals and snacks per day; this helps support your metabolism, fights cravings and controls calories.

Finally – we get to the celeb exercise plan. There are no real secrets – they just hire a top personal trainer and perform variations of resistance training and cardiovascular workouts.
The typical celeb will hit the gym 4 times per week for a cardio session, with 2-3 resistance workouts. The combination of the two delivers all-round health and fitness, shaping and toning, plus it keeps them in their all-important slender shape (unless auditioning for the next Bridget Jones film).
Our workout and nutrition plans have been designed by our own expert personal trainers - so get going and get in celeb shape.
